For Non-Applicant : Shri V.R. Tiwari, Additional AG. Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board 18/06/2021 :

1. The applicants' bail application (MCRC No.7535/2020) was allowed vide order dated 10.2.2021. However, due to wrong mentioning of the crime number in the bail application, mistake has occurred in the order passed by this Court by mentioning the Crime No.375/2019, PS Katghora, District Korba, whereas the correct Crime Number for the subject offence is Crime No.170/2019, PS Katghora, District Korba, as has been mentioned in the order sheet of the trial Court recorded on 16.2.2021 filed as Annexure-P/3.

2. In view of the above, the CRMP is allowed. The order dated 10.2.2021

passed in MCRC No.7535/2020 shall now be treated to have been passed in relation to the offences registered in Crime No.170/2019, PS Katghora, District Korba. A copy of this order be placed on record of MCRC No.7535/2020.
