Agrawal Order On Board 19/06/2017 (1) After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to make fresh application before the Labour Court for summoning the witnesses along with the entire original record(s) of the petitioner from the office of Municipal Council Champa.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) The petitioner is permitted to make fresh application before the Labour Court for summoning the witnesses along with the entire original records. If such application is made by the petitioner before the Labour Court and, in turn, the Labour Court would consider the same and direct for the presence of the witnesses of Municipal Council along

with records in accordance with law.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
