1. The petitioner contends that the petitioner's husband who was Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) at Government Primary School Upersalekheta Block Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh died in harness on 10.10.2015. Subsequent to it, the petitioner filed an application for compassionate appointment on 15.06.2017 she being the dependent; however, till date no decision are being taken by the respondent No.2 on the said application of the petitioner.

2. Perused the documents. The death of husband of the petitioner namely Ramesh Kumar Singh Rathiya was occurred on 10.10.2015

and further documents would reveal that the petitioner being the wife has made an application on 15.06.2017. Considering the same, it is directed that the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment Annexure P-1 which said to have been given to Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, District Raigarh may be decided within a period of 4 months. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a fresh application along with the copy of Annexure P-1 which is filed in this case within a period of 2 weeks before the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Raigarh alongwith the relevant documents and in such eventuality the application shall be decided within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
