Learned State Counsel would submit that the Registrar, Trade Union has rejected the representation of the petitioners granting liberty to file an appeal before the Industrial Court and as such, the order is appealable.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the

petitioners may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Industrial Court against the order in question.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Industrial Court against the order passed by the Registrar, Trade Union in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
