1. The limited prayer, which the petitioner has made is that the petitioner being a physically handicapped lady, has made a request to the respondent No.2 for transferring the petitioner to a different place, other than the present place of posting and the said request of the petitioner is still pending consideration.
2. The State counsel does not have any objection in disposing of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the representation seeking transfer by the petitioner at the earliest.
-23. In case, if the petitioner has not made a representation directly to the respondent No.2, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation in this regard to the respondent No.2.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
