1. At the outset, Shri Anumeh Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondent Naya Raipur Development Authority on advance notice, would submit that the NRDA shall decide the petitioner's representation for allotment of land in accordance with

2 WPC No. 1038 of 2019 law and the rules and regulation framed by the NRDA.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Let the NRDA decide the representation of the petitioner within three months.
