Agrawal Order On Board 23/01/2020 (1) This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner questioning the order dated 10.12.2018 passed by District Magistrate, Bilaspur rejecting the application for grant of leave / parole.

(2) Learned Counsel appearing for the State would submit that District Magistrate, Bilaspur will consider the case of the petitioner afresh in light of decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende v. State of Chhattisgarh and others 1 within a period of 10 days from today.

(3) In view of above, the impugned order dated 10.12.2018 is set aside. District Magistrate, Bilaspur is directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh within a period Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 29/2016, decided on 18.11.2016

of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in light of decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Rakesh Shende (supra). (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
