Agrawal Order On Board 14/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has not been demarcated by the Revenue Authorities and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to look into the same.

(2) Be that is at may, the respondent No. 2- Collector is directed to look into the matter and see that the petitioner's land is demarcated well in time and necessary steps be taken for the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
