1. Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in not releasing the mortgaged property of the petitioner against the construction of the apartment and the internal development were carried out by the petitioner, which the respondent No.2 was supposed to take a decision in accordance with Rule 12 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Palika (Registration of Colonizer, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998.

2. Considering the limited prayer, which the petitioner has made and pending the application before the respondent No.2, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner in

accordance with the prevalent rules and to take a decision within a period of 90 days from today.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
