1. Heard. Issue notice.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice on behalf of the respective respondents. Therefore, the applicant is not required to pay separate PF for the respondents.

3. Instant MCC has been preferred after 10 days from the order passed in WP No. 415/2002 dated 19-5-2017. With this, the applicant filed the instant MCC within a reasonable time praying for restoration of said writ petition.

4. On due consideration, the MCC is admitted for hearing.

5. Heard finally.

6. On due consideration, WP No. 415/2002 dismissed for want of prosecution on 19-5-2017 is restored to its original number.

7. MCC allowed.

8. No order as to costs.
