This petition has been brought with a prayer to make the order dated 20.06.2018, passed in M.Cr.C. No.1691/2018, absolute. 2.
It is submitted that application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner was temporarily allowed vide order dated 20.06.2018 in M.Cr.C. No.1691/2018 with a condition that, if the, applicant solemnize marriage with the prosecutrix, he shall have liberty to file application for making the order absolute.

It is further submitted that the applicant and the prosecutrix both have married with each other and are present before this Court to make this statement.

Applicant - Khilesh @ Kuleshar Vaisnav and prosecutrixBhuneshwari Verma are present before this Court and made statement that they have got married on 3rd of February, 2019 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Raipur. Copy of the certificate is also attached herewith along with this petition.

As the condition imposed in the earlier order passed by this Court has been fulfilled by the applicant, therefore, the order dated 20.06.2018, in M.Cr.C. No. 1691/2018 granting bail to the applicant is made absolute, which shall remain effective till the conclusion of trial against him.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
