Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/06/2016 Heard.

The case of the petitioner as set out in the petition is that his application submitted on 02.03.2015 for part final withdrawal of Rs.10 lacs from the GPF account, has not been considered by the District Ayurved Officer till date. He submits that at the time when the application was moved, the daughter of the petitioner was getting married and the petitioner required the amount. However, the payment was not released and somehow the petitioner has been able to manage marriage of his daughter by taking loans and therefore, at this stage, he requires money.

The District Ayurved Officer shall pass appropriate order in accordance with

law on petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Unless there is any impediment, it is expected that the withdrawal as prayed for the petitioner to the extent it is permissible under the Rules should be allowed without any delay.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
