Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta, counsel for respondent no.2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that so far as the question of dependent employment to the applicant is concerned, that has already been acceded to and the applicant has been granted the dependent employment.

However, so far as the second relief directed by this Court for releasing death-cum-retiral dues is concerned, counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the authorities concerned have already processed the claim of applicant and if not paid by now, it would definitely be paid at the earliest. Given the said submissions by the counsel for respondents and also taking note of the documents enclosed along with the reply as also considering the fact that the primary relief of dependent employment having already been granted, the present contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of.

However, the respondent authorities are directed to ensure that the entire dues payable to the applicant shall be cleared at the earliest failing which the applicant would be at liberty to approach the Court by way of a fresh contempt proceeding.
