1. The Grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is for nonconsideration of the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, the father of the petitioner Late Paleshwar Kumar Verma died in harness on 05.02.2017. Immediately on the death of his father, the petitioner had moved an application for compassionate appointment before the respondent No. 2 and the application is still pending consideration without any final decision.

3. Given the said facts and circumstance of the Case, this court is of the opinion, that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off a direction to the respondent No. 2 to take a decision on

the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, at the earliest. Let the respondent No. 2 to take a decision within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyoti
