Earlier on two occasions, i.e., 14.08.2018 and 20.09.2018 the case was called but none had appeared on behalf of the appellant nor any representation is made. The case is listed for final hearing and was being called since yesterday, i.e., 28.01.2019 continuously for its disposal but in neither occasion there was any representation on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In the above circumstance, in absence of any representation, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
