2. This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.168/2020 registered at Police Station Katora Road, Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B), 201/34 of the IPC.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to the

MCRCA No. 405 of 2021 applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

4. In view of the prayer made, the application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
