Agrawal Order On Board 19/06/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's second appeal is pending consideration before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur since 25.11.2016 and therefore, he may be directed to decide the same expeditiously as the proceeding has been initiated in the year 2006. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.1-Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending second appeal of the petitioner as early as possible keeping in view that the proceeding has been initiated in the year 2006 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
