Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the contempt has been purged, as the representation preferred by the petitioner has already been decided.

Since no one appears to controvert the statement made by Shri Verma, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that if the contempt is not yet purged, the petitioners would be at liberty to move afresh.
