Order On Board 29/09/2015 The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by rejection of his name for election of member of Board of Directors in the Co-operative Central Bank, Block Dhamdha.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the legal position that under Section 64 of the C.G. Co-operative Societies Act, there is a remedy of filing election dispute.

No extra ordinary ground has been raised by the petitioner so as to warrant interference by this Court without insisting for exhaustion of filing election dispute. 4.
