Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 3 /07/201 (1) The petitioner has been served notice to vacate the suit shop. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a licensee and the licence has been extended time to time and without hearing the petitioner, such a notice to vacate the suit shop has been issued.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file reply and in turn the respondents authorities are directed to consider the reply and thereafter take a decision after hearing the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of
receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) For a period of four weeks, interim order dated 13.06.2017 shall remain in force.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
