The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 20.02.2019 whereby he has been transferred from the post of Incharge, Deputy Director, Social Welfare, District Balrampur, in the same capacity to District Gariyaband.

The challenge is on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer inasmuch as it was only on 14.01.2019 that the petitioner was transferred from Surajpur to Balrampur and acting on the said order of transfer he joined at Balrampur on 23.01.2019 and having worked there for just about one month's time the petitioner now has been transferred from Balrampur to Gariyaband.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.1, in turn, considering the fact that

petitioner had been recently transferred on 14.01.2019 take a decision at the earliest.

It is further ordered that till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondent No.1, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 20.02.2019 so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed. 5.
