1. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 01.04.2019 in connection with Crime No.160/2019 registered at Police Station

Kurud, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Section 4(6) of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. First bail application was rejected on 20.05.2019.

2. After rejection of first bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected. However, learned Special Judge is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
