NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Writ Petition No. 3419 of 2004 Roop Narayan Sinha & Others ---- Petitioners

Versus

State of Chhattisgarh & Others ---- Respondents For Petitioner :

None For Respondent/State :

Shri Bhupendra Singh, P.L.

Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 11/09/2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 31.07.2004 Annexure P-9 whereby services of 34 employees of the respondent establishment have been transferred.

2.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner before this Court on 07.01.2005 himself had withdrawn the application for Ad-interim writ stating that the petitioners had already joined at their respective transferred places. Thereafter, the present petition is now coming up for hearing after 11 years and it appears that by efflux of time the relief sought for by the petitioners has lost its relevance. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
