Mr. Prasun Bhaduri, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/07/2017 (1) The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 22.04.2017 passed by State Commission Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Raipur.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that order is without jurisdiction and without authority of law. (3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

(4) Since the petitioner has effective alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 21(a)(ii) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 before the National Commission.

(5) In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. However, this will not bar the petitioner to file an appeal before the National Commission in accordance with law.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
