This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.6/2020, registered at Police Station Chowki, Saket, Police Station Pathariya, District Mungeli (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 354 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been arrested during pendency of this bail application, therefore, the bail application has rendered infructuous.
