Learned State counsel submits that in view of policy dated 02.04.2008 issued by Department of Child and Women Development, State of Chhattisgarh under clause 11, an appeal may be preferred against selection/ appointment. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to prefer an appeal before the competent authority.
