Petitioner through the instant writ petition is aggrieved by order dated 15.04.2015 Annexure P/1 whereby the petitioner was placed under the suspension.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not preferred an appeal under the service rule as provided.

Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion, ends ofjustice would be meet if the petitioner is granted liberty to prefer an appeal against the order of suspension before the Appellate Authority, and theAppellateAuthority in turn on receipt ofthe saidappeal shall decide the same in accordance with Rule. 3.
