1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Lecturer (L.B.) on 21.10.2011, thereafter she completed her 7 years of service on 21.10.2018. Subsequently, according to Annexure P-1 she was granted the benefit of time pay scale from 21.10.2018. It is stated that though the respondents had started paying the time pay scale benefits to the petitioner from August 2019, but the arrears of October 2018 to July 2019 has not been paid, therefore, he prays for release of arrears which is unpaid.

Considering the facts and perusal of document Annexure P-1, shows that the petitioner was held entitled to get the arrears of time pay scale from October 2018 i.e. on completion of 7 years of service. Since it is contended that the said benefit is granted from August 2019, therefore, from October 2018 to July 2019 she is entitled for the arrears for the aforesaid period i.e. from October 2018 to July, 2019. Consequently, Respondent No. 2 & 3 shall verify the facts whether the amount of arrears from October 2018 to July 2019 has been paid or not, if it is not paid the same shall be released within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
