This is petition filed against the willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

In the reply, on affidavit, the respondent has stated that while he was working as Assistant Research Officer, Fisheries, Raipur, he was given the additional charge of Assistant Director, Fisheries, District North Bastar, Kanker. The respondent has also stated that he has been transferred long back vide order dated 15.07.2014. 3.

It appears that the petitioner, without verifying the present incumbent of the respondent in the office to comply with the order dated 29.01.2016, filed contempt petition.

The contempt petition is highly casual and without verifying and is therefore dismissed.

Rule of respondent is discharged.

As contempt jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked, without proper verification against the respondent, a cost of Rs.1,000/- is imposed on the petitioner.
