Agrawal Order On Board 06/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made complaint to the respondent No.1-State Government regarding transfer of land, which belongs to forest (Bade Jhad Ka Jangal) is not being considered by respondent No.1. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) In view of above, respondent No.1-State Government is directed to consider and take a decision upon the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
