1. Since the above three cases involve common question of law and fact, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. Mr. H.B. Agrawal, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, would submit that by order dated 3-2-2015 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.286/1995 (Sheorinarayan Temple and Math and another v. Registrar of Public Trust-cum-Collector/District Magistrate and another), the order dated 20-1-1995 passed by the Registrar, Public Trusts, Bilaspur has been quashed.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in these petitions as such, all the three cases are accordingly disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
