Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 3 /07/201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for building permission is pending consideration before the Municipal Corporation, Bhilai.

(2) Shri Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel would submit that the petitioner's application for building permission would be decided within a period of one month.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 2/Municipal Corporation, Bhilai is directed to decide the petitioner's application for building permission within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
