Agrawal Order On Board 30/06/2017 (1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Competent Authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 15.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.2850/2015.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Competent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 15.12.2015 in its letter and spirit.
