1. The limited relief has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for considering/deciding the application dated 20.03.2019 filed by the petitioner for grant of permanent stage carriage permit.

2. To the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the State Counsel does not oppose.

3. Accordingly, the respondents is directed to consider/decide the application of the petitioner dated 20.03.2019 for grant of permanent stage carriage permit at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
