1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised is that while working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade- II, the petitioner was entitled for certain arrears of pay and allowances which has not been provided to the petitioner by the respondent No. 3.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated representation authorities have not scrutinized the case of the petitioner neither have they taken any decision.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the claim of the petitioner that the petitioner has made, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition

stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to process the claim of the petitioner so far as the claim for arrears of pay and allowances are concerned during the period July, 2007 to July, 2017 and in case if any payment is payable to the petitioner the same should be forth with released and in case if the petitioner is not entitled, the petitioner should be duly intimidated as to why he is not entitled for the same.

4. Let this exercise be completed by respondent No. 2 & 3 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
