1. Perused the P.U.D dated 21.10.2020, received from Special Judge, NDPS Act, Raipur (C.G.), wherein, it has been reported that the Appellant has died on 07.03.2012, a death certificate in this regard is also annexed with the report.

2. Considering the above that the Appellant has died, therefore, this appeal is abated on behalf of the Appellant.
