Petitioner is seeking compensation against respondent No.5 for invoking proceedings under Right to Information Act, 2005. 2.
If respondent No.5 had sought some information in relation to petitioner's educational qualification and caste certificate from his
employer and the application was eventually rejected. The petitioner has remedy for seeking compensation under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or by initiating a Civil Suit claiming damages. Writ Petition is not an appropriate remedy for the relief prayed for in this petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to him in the law.
