1. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to consider the representation that petitioner has filed with the respondent No.2 on 07.08.2019.

2. The dispute raised by the petitioner in the representation is for grant of contractual pay and contractual pay scale that petitioner is entitled for on the post of Block Resource Person (Children with Special Need).

3. Considering the limited nature of relief that the petitioner has sought for, the present writ petition as of now stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision at the earliest on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
