Counsel for the applicant submits that instead of filing case for Abdul Aziz wrongly the petition has filed on behalf of Akhtar Khan, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file bail application on behalf of Abdul Aziz. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
