Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 /0 6 /201 (1) Instant writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.3.2002 passed by the respondents/ SECL whereby the petitioner's husband has been removed from services of the SECL. (2) Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of removal is appealable before the appellate authority. (3) Be that as it may, the order of removal dated 21.03.2002 is appealable, the petitioner is allowed to prefer appeal before the
appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today as the matter is pending before this Court since 18.08.2003; and in turn, the appellate authority shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the presentation of the appeal strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that no question of limitation will be raised. It is also pertinent to note that the petitioner's husband has already died on 26.07.2002.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, if the grievance subsists, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
