1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made certain complaint to the Collector, Bilaspur with regard to function of Gram Panchayat Podi which has not been considered and has not taken any decision.

2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur/respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's complaint as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
