Agrawal Order On Board 25/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that against the impugned order dated 08.06.2017 passed by respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Janjgir Champa, the appeal would be maintainable before the Collector, Janjgir Champa.
(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Janjgir Champa within a period of 30 days from today.
(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Janjgir Champa. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously.
