Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this contempt petition, the writ petition bearing Writ Petition (L) No. 6245 of 2006 has already been decided vide order dated 29/06/2017 by setting aside the order passed by the Industrial Court dated 26/10/2006. 2.

In view of the aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition. 3.
