Agrawal Order On Board 04/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that complaint was filed by the petitioner on 05.01.2012, which is pending consideration before the trial Court and there is no progress in the trial and therefore direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
