Agrawal Order On Board 0 4 /07/201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file application for their caste verification to the Caste Scrutiny Committee. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioners file application for their caste verification to the Caste Scrutiny Committee within a period

of 10 days from today, the said Committee shall proceed with that application and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
