(1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that Annexure P/1 & Annexure P/2 only show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner against which the petitioner may be allowed to file reply/objection to the show cause notice before the respondent- Assistant Provident Fund, Commissioner & Statutory Authority Regional Office, Raipur. He would further submit that respondent authority be directed to consider and decide the reply/objection in accordance with law, expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file
reply/objection to the show cause notice before respondentAssistant Provident Fund, Commissioner Regional Office, Raipur and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the reply. (4) For a period of three months, interim relief granted by this Court on 26.09.2003 shall remain in force. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
