Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the similar petition is pending before the Tahsildar, Balrampur. (2) Since the similar petition is pending before the Tahsildar, Balrampur, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition as framed and filed by the petitioner.

(3) Consequently, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the Tahsildar, Balrampur is directed to do well and decide the same expeditiously.
