For State : Shri Anand Dadariya, Deputy Govt. Advocate. Order On Board 15/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Tahsildar is without jurisdiction and without authority of law, which is liable to be dismissed.

(2) Per contra, counsel for the State submit that the order dated 20.03.2017 is revisable under Section 50 of the Land Revenue Code, 1959. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Since the impugned order is revisable under Section 50 of the Land Revenue Code, 1959 and the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of filing revision before the revisional authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the revisional Court against the order dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Tahsildar / Nayab Tahsildar.
