1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner relating to the issuance of work order against NIT dated 29.08.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been found the highest bidder in tender proceedings and all formalities required are also complete for

issuance of work order. According to the petitioner, he has already approached the respondent no.3 in this regard by way of representation dated 05.01.2020 Annexure P-6 which till date is lying undecided.

3. State counsel, at this juncture, submits that let the respondent no.3 take a decision on the said representation in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to take an appropriate decision, in accordance with law, on the representation that the petitioner has filed so far as the relief for issuance of an appropriate work order against NIT dated 29.08.2019 is concerned, at the earliest preferably within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
