1. The present petition is for the reason that the petitioner alleging that he was attacked and was severely beaten on 13.01.2019 and at the time of incident he lost his conscious. Subsequently, when he regained his conscious then he disclosed the name of the persons who attacked. It is contended that despite such name being given, the police is rubbing shoulder with them and are not apprehending them. He referred to certain documents and statements.

2. Perused the FIR and also the report made by the petitioner. Apart from the statements few of the photographs have also been perused, which would show that certain names have been disclosed by the petitioner. Considering the same it is expected that police shall take out fair investigation without being hand in gloves of the accused as it may eliminate the faith in the police working. Consequently, the Superintendent of Police is directed to ensure that fair investigation is carried out and the actual culprits who have been named should be brought into the books of the police.
